Website and BackOffice Privacy Policy

You have entered a “replicated website,” of an IWA for StemSation USA, Inc., the Back-Office of a StemSation USA IWA, the corporate website of StemSation USA , or a mobile application (“App”) operated by StemSation USA (referred to herein as “StemSation USA”, “our”, “us” or “we”). The Site is operated by StemSation USA, and is hosted on StemSation USA’s server / the server of StemSation USA’s third-party technology provider. The information you submit on this Site is sent to / accessed by StemSation USA and not the Independent Wellness Advocate (“IWA”) to whom this Site is assigned (except as set forth in this privacy policy). By visiting this Site and providing information to StemSation USA you consent to the following privacy policy, use and disclosure of information.


Personally Identifiable Information

Through your use of or visits to the Site, you may be required or requested to provide personally identifiable information to us. Personally identifiable information is any piece of information that can potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person including names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, social security and tax identification numbers, and credit card or banking information.

IWA and Customer Information

In order to become an IWA or customer, you must provide biographical and contact in-formation (such as name, mailing address, telephone numbers, and email address) to us. IWA applicants must also provide personal information such as an applicant’s Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID Number so that we may prepare and file necessary non-employee compensation forms for the IRS. IWAs and customers are also required to provide payment information (such as credit card, debit card, or checking account in-formation). We use this information to maintain contact with IWAs and customers, to process IWA and customer orders, and for billing purposes.

We Use Cookies

This site uses cookies to help us understand user behavior. This means that we put a small piece of text (the “cookie”) in storage on your web browser. This cookie lets us know that all the different things you do on our site are done by the same person. We do not collect or harvest any personally identifiable information. The only information we have about your identity is the information you explicitly provide to us through submission forms on our website. We do not sell any personally identifiable information to any third parties. We do analyze user behavior in order to better serve you and other visitors. Tracking your activity through our site (what you click on, how long you stay) helps us make better decisions about content and design.


Personally Identifiable Information

StemSation USA DOES NOT share personally identifiable information except with con-tracted service providers as may be necessary to: (a) process orders and/or returns and obtain payment; (b) complete an enrollment as an IWA or customer; (c) maintain our genealogy database; (d) issue payment and report income to taxing authorities; and (e) maintain communication with you. We also provide personally identifiable information: (a) to upline IWA(s) as described in the Genealogy Information section; and/or (b) to list the IWA on the Company’s IWA locator feature on the Company’s website; (c) to assign a sales or enrollment lead to an IWA; (d) to governmental agencies as required pursuant to law.

Genealogy Information

As a network marketing company, StemSation USA provides certain information to IWAs regarding the other IWAs and Customers enrolled in an IWA’s downline market-ing organization. If you enroll as an IWA or Customer with StemSation USA, your name, address, email address, telephone number, and sales volume information will be provided to other IWAs as downline genealogy information. No other personally identi-fiable information will be shared with other IWAs. Information relating to downline IWAs is made available to StemSation USAnn IWA subject to a confidentiality and non-solicitation covenant in the agreement that each IWA enters into with StemSation USA. However StemSation USA does not warrant that other IWAs will adhere to the confiden-tiality and non-solicitation covenants, and StemSation USA shall not be responsible for IWAs’ violation of these covenants.

Sales Information

If you make a purchase from an IWA’s Replicated Website, we will provide the IWA to whom this Site is assigned with your name, contact information, a description of the item(s) purchased, and the sales volume associated with the purchase. No other personal-ly identifiable information will be shared with the IWA.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)

StemSation USA may share aggregated demographic information with our partners, vendors, suppliers, third party providers, and advertisers. This is not linked to any per-sonally identifiable information.

Business Transitions

In the event StemSation USA goes through a business transition, such as being acquired by another company, or selling all or part of its assets, the personal information of IWAs and customers will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. In such a case your personally identifiable information will be subject to the privacy policy of the enti-ty that acquires StemSation USA.

Lead Assignment and IWA Locater Features

StemSation USA occasionally will assign prospective sales and new IWA leads to IWAs. In these cases, we will provide the lead with the appropriate IWA’s name and contact information and/or provide an IWA with the prospective lead’s name and con-tact information. In addition, StemSation USA has an IWA Locator feature on its web-site. Pursuant to this feature, a prospective customer or new IWA can locate a nearby StemSation USAnn IWA. In order to make the IWA Locator feature and the lead as-signments effective, the company will provide the prospective customer or new IWA with the IWA’s name and contact information, which may include his/her telephone number, address, and/or email address.

Legally Required Law Enforcement, Judicial and Administrative Agency Disclosures

StemSation USA will provide confidential and personally identifiable information as necessary to comply with judicial and administrative orders, subpoenas, Civil or Crimi-nal Investigative Demands, Administrative and Regulatory Demands and other legal ob-ligations. In order for StemSation USA to conduct business in certain jurisdictions, StemSation USA may be called upon to disclose certain personally identifiable and con-fidential information to regulatory authorities in those jurisdictions. Such information may include, but is not limited to, income information and personally identifiable in-formation. We will provide such information as we deem necessary.


It may become necessary to conduct surveys of our customers or IWAs. Should we deem it necessary to conduct a survey, we may outsource the survey to a third party. We will provide the third-party survey company with your personal information as is necessary for the third-party survey company to conduct the survey and to those third parties whom we engage to review and analyze the results of the survey. We will not provide your social security number, credit card or banking information to the survey provider.

California Residents

You have certain rights with regard to your personal information. These rights include:

  • You have the right to know that we do not sell your personal information to any third party.

You must provide your address, IWA ID number, and the last four digits of the credit card you have on file with the company to verify your identity.
  • Upon receipt of your written request, we will provide you with all the personal infor-mation we have about you. Submit your written request to StemSation USA at or call (888) 996-STEM. You may request your information no more than twice every 12 months. You must provide your address, IWA ID number, and the last four digits of the credit card you have on file with the company to verify your identity.
  • If your business is cancelled for any reason, once ____________ years have passed you may request that we delete your personal information. You may submit your request to have your personal information deleted at or call (888) 996-STEM. You must provide your address, IWA ID number, and the last four digits of the credit card you have on file with the company to verify your identity.
  • For a description of the categories of personal information we collect and a description of the categories of third parties to which we disclose your personal information, click here or call (888) 996-STEM. Special Offers and Updates

StemSation USA sends all new IWAs and Customers a welcoming email to verify pass-word, username, and acceptance of the IWA Agreement or Customer Agreement. All IWAs and Customers will occasionally receive information on the StemSation USA business, products, services, special deals, and a newsletter.

Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send IWAs and/or customers an email. Generally, IWAs may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not pro-motional in nature.

IWA and Customer Service

StemSation USA communicates with IWAs and Customers via email, regular mail, text message, and telephone on a regular basis to provide requested services and with respect to issues relating to their StemSation USA business and products. StemSation USA communicates with customers with respect to products or services purchased by such customers from StemSation USA, or which customers may be interested in. Such com-munications may be by email, regular mail, text message or telephone. StemSation USA also communicates with IWAs through leaving messages in IWAs’ Back-Offices. Text rates may apply.


Dispute Resolution

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The offer extended by this Agreement, and any acceptance of its terms, shall occur in Palm Beach County, State of Florida. Any dispute arising from or relating to this privacy policy shall be brought in the courts of the State of Florida residing in Palm Beach County. Each party to a dispute arising from or relating to this privacy policy shall bear his/her/its own at-torney’s fees, costs, and expenses.

If a visitor to this site wishes to bring an action for the breach of this privacy policy, he/she shall do so on an individual basis. Visitors waive all rights to bring an action on a class or consolidated basis.

If a visitor to this site is also a StemSation USA IWA and combines claims under this privacy policy with claims that are subject to StemSation USA’s Policies and Procedures that are applicable to IWAs, the dispute resolution provisions of the StemSation USA Policies and Procedures shall govern.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

StemSation USA reserves the right to amend or change this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes or amendments are made to the Privacy Poli-cy, we will announce the same under the Privacy Policy tab for a period of at least 30 days prior to implementation of the amended Privacy Policy.


StemSation USA’s websites may contain links to or from other sites. Please be aware that StemSation USA is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by StemSation USA websites.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in com-pliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distrib-ute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Pro-tection Act), we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
